Born in Bollullos Par del Condado, Huelva, he studied singing in Seville, where he studied at the professional conservatory with Esperanza Melguizo and Carlos Aragón.

At the Teatro de la Maestranza he has participated in several productions, among which the following stand out Don Giovanni (Masetto), La bohème (Schaunard), Die Zauberflöte (Orator), El barbero de Sevilla (Fiorello), Andrea Chénier (Fléville/Fouquier-Tinville), Adriana Lecouvreur (Principe de Bouillon), La fille du règiment (Hortensius) or Tannhäuser (Reinmar).

Other notable projects include The Marriage of Figaro (Count) at the Opéra Grand Avignon, Tosca (Angelotti) at the Quincena Musical Donostiarra, Partenope (Ormonte) at the Teatro Calderón in Valladolid as well as Jérusalem (Soldado/Heraldo) and La fanciulla del west (Jack Wallace) at ABAO-OLBE, and Simon Bocanegra (Pietro) at the Cervantes de Málaga and Les pêcheurs de perles (Nourabad) at the Ópera de Oviedo.

Recent and forthcoming engagements include El barbero de Sevilla (Basilio) at the Villamarta de Jerez, Tosca (Sciarrone) at the Teatro Real de Madrid, Ariadne auf Naxos (Lakai) at the Gran Teatre del Liceu, La bohème (Colline) at the Ópera de Oviedo, Un ballo in maschera (Samuel) at the Baluarte de Pamplona, as well as participations in productions of Alzira, Die Zauberflöte , Hadrian, La dama del alba, Don Giovanni, Macbeth, Tristan und Isolde, Tosca, II trovatore, Turandot, La bohème, Adriana Lecouvreur, Roméo et Juliette, Medée, I Lombardi and The Barber of Seville in the first three years.
