With a wide knowledge of the symphonic and lyric repertoire, Lara Diloy is guest conductor of orchestras such as the Bilbao Orkestra Sinfonikoa, Orquesta Sinfónica del Principado de Asturias, Orquesta Filarmónica de Gran Canaria, Oviedo Filarmonía, Orquesta de la Comunidad de Madrid, Joven Orquesta Nacional de España, Sistema Europe Young Orchestra (SEYO), Barbieri Symphony Orchestra or Bilbao Sinfonietta. She works in lyrical productions and concerts with the Orquesta Sinfónica de Madrid, Orquestra de la Comunitat Valenciana, Orquestra del Gran Teatre del Liceu, Real Orquesta Sinfónica de Sevilla, Orquesta de Navarra or Orquestra Simfònica de les Illes Balears. She also participates as musical producer in the recording of the CD Guitar Concertos for the company Naxos with the Orquesta Real Filharmonía de Galicia and the guitarist Miguel Trápaga.
She performs in prestigious auditoriums and theatres: Auditorio Nacional de Música and Teatro Monumental, Madrid , Auditorio Alfredo Kraus, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Teatro Arriaga, Bilbao, Teatro Reina Victoria, San Sebastián, Teatro Calderón, Valladolid, Teatro Filarmónica, Oviedo or the Palau de Les Arts, Valencia, among others. He has also performed concerts in countries such as France and Bulgaria.
In the lyric field, she recently made her debut at the Teatro de la Zarzuela with Don Gil de Alcalá and is invited to conduct in the Oviedo Opera season in celebration of its 75th anniversary, and in others such as those of ABAO-Txiki or Opus Lírica, leading titles such as Orfeo y Eurídice, Carmen, La Traviata or L’elisir d’amore.
In 2018 she received the YANMAG Award in recognition of her artistic career. Since its constitution, she has been a member of the board of directors of AESDO, which was created as a meeting point between established and younger conductors.
Among some of his engagements this season are her debut with the Orquesta y Coro de Radio Televisión Española and the Orquesta de Córdoba, the musical direction of El año pasado por agua at the Teatro de la Zarzuela and of David del Puerto’s El Lazarillo de Tormes as part of the Teatro de la Maestranza’s programme.
