Born in Barcelona, he undertook his university veterinarian studies at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and the also undertook singing studies at the Conservatori Superior de Música of the Liceu, in Barcelona, with Professors Eduard Giménez and María Soler.

In 2004 he had his first stage experience taking part in a production of La Pequeña Flauta Mágica with the group Els Comediants organized by the Gran Teatre del Liceu.

The following year he made his debut in the role of Il Conte di Almaviva in Mozart’s Le Nozze di Figaro at the Teatre de la Faràndula in Sabadell, within the cycle Ópera a Catalunya after winning the contest of the Opera School in Sabadell. During the following seasons he took part on the same stage in several operas, like Pagliacci, La Bohème, La Traviata, Così fan tutte, Il barbiere di Siviglia or L’elisir d’amore.

His career went on with his debut at the Gran Teatre del Liceu, Barcelona in the season 2006-2007 with Massenet’s Manon under the guidance of Víctor Pablo Pérez and David McVicar. Since then he has been singing in some of the main opera houses in Spain, such as the Teatro Campoamor, Oviedo, the Ópera in Bilbao, in the Teatro Villamarta in Jerez, the Teatre Principal in Maó, Menorca, the Teatre Principal in Mallorca, etc…

In 2006 he had his international debut siniging at the Teatro Nacional de Panamá, and he further enhanced his career singing in several theatres in Colombia, Ecuador, Brasil, South Corea and Italy.

At the same time, he has taken part as a winner in several singing contests like the Concurso Manuel Ausensi  Barcelona, the Concurs MiraIbent i Magrans, in Sitges, the Xth Concurs Internacional Jaume Aragall (2nd prize) at the 1st edition of the Concurso Internacional de canto Rivelas in Panamá. He has also been a finalist of the Concorso Toti dal monte in Treviso, Italy.

In 2014 he went back to the Teatro Campoamor, in Oviedo, to sing the title-role in Mozart’s Don Giovanni in the production by Alfred Kirchner. This same year he made his debut in Sâo Paulo, Brazil, in the role of Fígaro in Rossini’s Il barbiere di Siviglia.

In 2015 he makes his debut in Auditorio Baluarte in Pamplona in the main role Don Giovanni by Mozart.

This same year he sings succesfully Carmina Burana in Auditorio Alfredo Kraus in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria conducted by Pedro Halffter and he comes back next year to sing Der Kaiser von Atlantis.

On January 2017 he went back to Gran Teatre del Liceu in Barcelona to sing Willy Deckers Werther conducted by Alain Altinoglu.

He has been working under the guidance of well-known musical conductors, such as Víctor Pablo Pérez, Yves Abel, Michele Mariotti, Pablo Mielgo, Álvaro Albiach, Elio Orciuolo, José María Moreno, Carlo Montanaro or Daniel Gil de Tejada and with famous stage managers such as David McVicar, Emilio Sagi, Alfred Kirchner or Susana Gómez.
